Who we are
IDGI Broadcast Manager is developed by PT Inisiasi Digital Indonesia (“we”). This policy explains what data we process through this website and the license service, in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).
Data we collect
When you request a trial key: your name, business name, WhatsApp number, email and whether you agree to be contacted. When you download the app: the platform, version, referring site (domain only) and campaign parameters (UTM). We use no tracking cookies and do not store visitors’ IP addresses; unique visitors are counted with a daily random code that cannot be traced back to an IP address.
Data in the app
Your contacts, templates, media and campaign history are stored on your computer and are not sent to our servers. The license server only receives the license key, device ID, device name, platform and app version to check the license.
Why we use it
To issue and manage licenses, provide support, measure downloads in aggregate and — only if you agree — contact you about the product.
Storage & security
Data is stored in a database service with encryption in transit (TLS) and restricted access. Lead data is kept as long as needed for the purposes above or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent to be contacted, by emailing inisiasidigitalindonesia@gmail.com.
