Can my WhatsApp number get blocked?
That risk exists for any tool that sends through WhatsApp Web, and we don’t promise “anti-ban”. IDGI Broadcast Manager is designed to lower the risk: it only messages contacts who opted in, respects opt-outs, uses a fixed interval between messages and stops automatically when many messages fail. Relevant messages to people who want them are the best way to protect your number.
Is this an official WhatsApp app?
No. IDGI Broadcast Manager is an independent app by PT Inisiasi Digital Indonesia that works through WhatsApp Web on your computer. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta.
Where is my contact data stored?
On your own computer. Contacts, templates and campaign history are not sent to our servers. Our server only checks your license.
What happens when I renew or upgrade?
All contacts, templates and campaigns stay. Renewing or changing plans only changes the license, not your data.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
The app locks until you activate a paid license. Nothing is deleted — after activation everything is exactly as you left it.
Do I need to be online all the time?
WhatsApp needs internet to send messages. License checks keep working offline for up to 72 hours.
Does the AI feature cost extra?
AI uses your own API key from Google Gemini or OpenAI. A free Gemini key covers text; image generation needs a paid key from the AI provider. The app shows an estimated cost.
